Maui Jim 'Love Them or Return Them'
- Valid only for Rx orders invoiced October 1st 2023 – December 31st 2024.
- Offer applies to (1) complete Maui Jim Rx jobs only, No POFs. (2) Maui Evolution and MauiBrilliant Rx jobs only. No Polycarbonate.
- Consumer has 60 days from the date the sunglasses were made available for collection to return their prescription sunglasses for a full refund. For purchases made partly via direct rebate from the purchaser’s health fund, the refund may be returned to the original purchaser and their health fund in the respective amounts.
- Sunglasses must be returned to the retailer where the original purchase was made.
- A customer refund MUST ONLY be issued WHEN a consumer has been sold the Rx sunglasses on the benefits of the LTORT offer and has returned the sunglasses citing the LTORT program.
- Retailer to ensure purchaser has not made previous claims under this program prior to providing credit note – please contact Maui Jim Customer Service to confirm.
- The account should then return the product to Maui Jim for a credit. The Return Form MUST accompany the returned Rx sunglasses in order to be processed.
- The Account will receive a credit for the total invoiced amount of the returned Rx sunglass (wholesale frame & lens cost plus shipping). Account to contact Maui Jim Customer Service to organise pick-up of any returned sunglasses.
- Returns are “No questions asked” although badly damaged sunglasses will NOT be accepted (i.e. large scratches, cracked/ chipped lenses). Basic wear and tear acceptable.
- Available in select practices only.

Perfect Pair
- Discount applies to 50% off the cheaper pair whether they are the “first” or “second” pair
- If the second pair of lenses is a higher price the discount applied should be 50% of the cheapest set of lenses
- Offer can only be redeemed within 45 days of the original initial purchase (i.e the date of order, not the date of collection)
- Discount can be applied to any subsequent pairs with the same conditions as outlined above
- This offer applies only to ZEISS lenses and cannot be used with any 3rd party lenses or branded sun package lenses including but not limited to Maui Jim or Smith
- Cannot be combined with any other lens discount or package offer
