IPL Treatment for Dry Eye
If you suffer from dry, irritated or watery eyes, IPL (Intense Pulsed Light) therapy may help. This advanced treatment targets inflammation and Meibomian Gland Dysfunction (MGD), a leading cause of dry eye disease, helping to improve tear quality and provide lasting relief from uncomfortable symptoms. Advanced OCT Eye Scanning
Our practice uses Optical Coherence Tomography (OCT) technology to provide a deeper understanding of your eye health. This advanced scan produces detailed images of the retina and optic nerve, allowing us to detect signs of eye disease earlier and monitor changes over time. OCT can play an important role in the management of conditions such as glaucoma, macular degeneration and diabetic eye disease.
Ultra-Wide Retinal Imaging
Ultra-Wide Retinal Imaging allows us to capture a broader view of the back of the eye than traditional retinal photography. By examining more of the retina in a single image, we can detect and monitor a range of eye conditions, including retinal tears, diabetic retinopathy and other peripheral retinal abnormalities. The result is a more comprehensive assessment of your eye health and a valuable baseline for future comparisons.
